Still unable to file bugs against PySide in Jira

    Description

      When trying to file a bug against PySide in Jira, I get the following error message:

      Assignee: The default assignee does NOT have ASSIGNABLE permission OR Unassigned issues are turned off.

      The current assignee is Marcelo Lira (username setanta). He also is the Maintainer of the PySide project, but apparently does not possess some bit in Jira required for bug assignments to be made.

      The issue prevents us from finalizing the migration of PySide to Qt infrastructure.
