Can not create new Bug with Firefox 11 or IE 9

      Qt bugtracker - Atlassian JIRA (v4.4.3#663-r165197).

      I was not able to submit a bug with either Firefox 11 or IE 9 against Qt.
      Only Chrome correctly showed my the version and component selection drop downs.
      On Firefox 11 both fields looked like the are not editable. And there were about 8 errors in the JavaScript console.
      On IE I was able to see the triangles to open the lists, but I was getting error for an invalid JavaScript and then the drop down lists were not shown.
