Could we please have labels in the "Create Issue" interface?

    Description

      I am currently testing Qt Creator and was asked to label all bugs I find with rc310. To do that I have to open a bug after I created it and attach the label.

      Could we plase have the Label field in the "Create Issue" view (as an option to "Configure Fields", off by default)?
