Permissions needed for agile boards

      It seems that I lack permissions or some setup to be able to use agile boards in the Qt JIRA.

      Specifically, I am unable to prioritise tasks or to drag tasks to the "In Progress" column in the Qt3D board I've made today. See https://bugreports.qt-project.org/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=9&selectedIssue=QTBUG-41457

      Could you take a look and either grant sufficient fu or point out what I've set up that is wrong please?
