Support cpp code formatting

When using text formatting notation for code and you specify cpp you get the error "Unable to find source-code formatter for language: cpp. Available languages are: actionscript, html, java, javascript, none, sql, xhtml, xml".

It would be nice to use: {code:cpp}.
