Description
I entered bugreports.qt.io to report one bug about qprocess.
The system asked me to login.
I thought I was registered already, and after triing few passwords with my usual username "pavelvasev" I decided that I forgot the password.
I hitted "forgot password" link.
Choosed "forgot password" option and entered my usual username "pavelvasev" and clicked "reset password"
The system showed me message:

A reset password link has been sent to you via email.
You can follow that link and select a new password.
If the email does not arrive, please contact your JIRA administrators.
```
After waiting few minutes I didnt found any emails in my mailbox pavel.vasev@gmail.com, nor in inbox nor in spam.
After few more attempts I realized that maybe I hadn't registered yet.
Voila, registration was succesfull! It seems I never registered before.

What I suspect to achieve when tried to recover password: the message telling me that username not found.
What I actually received: the message telling me that reset password link was emailed to me.
That is wrong behavior.
