HTTP/1.1 200 200 being returned by bugreports jira api

Hello,

I am filing this bug report as I came across an issue when working on an irc bot I run in some openSUSE irc channels which catches bugs, bug links, etc. and provides information about them. When attempting to get a bot plugin for JIRA working on the bot, it repeatedly failed to work as it's intended. After a while of trying to make it work and consulting someone else, it was discovered that the issue appears to be that the JIRA api on bugreports.qt.io is returning HTTP/1.1 200 200 instead of HTTP/1.1 200 OK, and thus causing the bot plugin to fail. 

I am filing this bug here in hopes that it will reach the correct person who can hopefully take a look into what is causing HTTP/1.1 200 200 to be returned. An example link I tested via curl -v is https://bugreports.qt.io/rest/api/2/issue/QTBUG-66029. Any assistance, if possible, would be much appreciated.
