After pressing "close" to change an issue's final status,
a pop-out message on the right side of my display for a maybe 2 seconds.
If you display a message (error or otherwise) if you want me to read it
and understand you need to display it longer. You might look at the
length of the content and choose a display time for longer messages.

From my point of view the message was useless and might as well not
been displayed. Just another distraction for something I cannot change
and cannot read
