Adding snapshot to issue fails and then starts working (why: I don't know)

tried to create a new issue that contained two snapshots
The results of the drag and drop into the drop area were
that the two snapshots were displayed with a "red"
rather than a "green" line under them both.

And a message appeared about some token.
I went ahead and created the issue.

And received an error message concerning some
xsrf security token missing.

I will try again. I successfully attached a snapshot
of the xsrf message. it seems it works sometimes
and then not others.

I am on a chromebook with the latest up-to-date software.

I know that this will be filed away as "not reproducible"
but at least you are aware that it is happening.
