Messing up keyboard navigation although keyboard shortcuts are disabled

      1. Make sure that keyboard shortcuts are disabled.
      2. Open a search which returns more than one page of results.
        Here's an example.
      3. Click the "2" in the lower right corner of the page.
        You'll see the top of the second page.
      4. Use your mouse to scroll down a bit.
      5. Try scrolling the page up again by pressing the "arrow up" key.
        Jira will jump back to the previous page.

      It turns out that instead of scrolling up and down, the arrow keys will select the previous/next issue in the list of search results. Please turn of this unexpected behavior by default.
