As we have reviewed in our meeting today, we need to update the current Squish OQE leads assignment rule in Salesforce, so the update would be to assign Squish leads with toolkits value other than Qt to the EMEA/AMER SOQ Lead Queue (In EMEA, the QA Eval leads would still be first assigned to EMEA QA Eval Lead Queue), including

Java, Web, Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Tk, VNC

Note: If Toolkit field is empty, it would be by default considered as Squish for Qt for now.
