Provide a link to WebKit.org Bugzilla when trying to enter QtWebKit bugs into the QtWebKit project

    Description

      We use the QtWebKit project in Jira to track requirements/features. From time to time contributors use this project to also enter bugs, even though only suggestions are available as issue type for the QtWebKit project.

      We are looking for a mechanism to at least display a paragraph of text when choosing the "QtWebKit" project in the "Create New Issue" page at

      http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/secure/CreateIssue.jspa

      We suggest the following text:

      This web tool is only used to track features and requirements, bugs and small development tasks do not belong into this tool. If you would like to report a bug or propose a minor enhancement in QtWebKit, please look at our bug reporting guidelines at http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/QtWebKitBugs
