Fontcompiler produces different results depending on host OS where it was run

    Description

      The font quality when built with Linux is quite poor, compared to better quality when built under Windows.

      Issue is more severe with 1bpp glyph quality. There is significant difference in output quality between Windows and Linux host in this 1bpp mode.

      It is not acceptable to have such inconsistency and the quality of the product should not depend on the host OS one uses for producing the release packages.
