SwipeView Page Change not animated

      Two: issues regarding animated page change:

      1. if page change is done by changing currentIndex. There is no animation/scrolling at all
      2. if the user swipes from one page to the other, the page moves/scrolls only while finger/mouse touches it,  After the finger/mouse is lifted the remaing distance is jumped imediatelly.
