Flickable type - interactive option doesn't work correctly

When inside the Flickable type is another object that contains MouseArea type, the interactive option doesn't prevent Flickable's content to move. You can see in the attached video, that even tough the interactive option is set to false I still can move the swipe button vertically. That makes swipe button not usable at all.
