Installation of Qt for MCUs 2.7 and STM32F469 Discovery causes MSVC Toolchain error

Reproduction of Issue:

Install Qt for MCU 2.7 on Windows 10 (clean install) via the online installer.  Select Custom board upon installation STM32F469.  After installation notice error message on main home page of the Qt Creator at the bottom of the screen.  Error message is: "Errors while creating Qt for MCUs kits".   See attached screenshot 1 for details.   Select the [Details] button on the error message bar, Error Dialog is displayed (see attached screenshot 3).  In case there are multiple errors select the [>] button until the appropriate error message is displayed.

Expected Result:

Error should not occur as MSVC tools are not install and we opt to use MINGW to compile for the Windows Desktop with the "Qt for MCUs 2.7 - Desktop 32bpp (MINGW)"
