Improve web ui to show Coin status

    Description

      We could show Coin status based on some heuristics. Currently it is a manual process to observe gerrit status / running integrations / coin logs, and it takes time. We could have a web page that actually summarize data from all these sources. For example it could fire an alarm if there was no successful integration outside of qtbase in last 5 integrations in dev branch.
