Logs are getting overwritten

    Description

      We naively believed that stuff like build is deterministic and we hard-coded relation of logs place and build key. We should separate these two things. Build key is an WorkItem unique identifier which defines a logical work that has to be done. The same work can be redone for many reasons, so logs should not be overwritten
