      While running python tests, the test_scheduler.py fails on

      TestScheduler.test_failing_agent_while_wait_for_hardware

      The assertion failure does not seem to reproduce if the test is executed by itself alone with

      src/test_scheduler.py

      The failure occurs about 10-30% of the time.
