Coin does not provide a summary of build errors anymore

When a build fails, coin used to run the parse_buildlog.pl perl script to analyse the log file and extract the real compiler error message, leaving out the noise of make and leading/trailing messages.

Since the "big reinstall" of Coin and the VM Coin runs on, this feature is not working anymore.

It used to work because all the modules the script requires were installed and available, partly in a local cpan environment. This is not the case anymore and every invocation of the script fails, thus not providing and summaries anymore.

This is an important regression that once fixed can help developers more quickly diagnose the root cause of failed builds.
