Create infrastructure for visualizing performance metrics

    Description

      We need some tools to visualize the results of the different benchmarks.

      This should be rather minimal and to the point:
      1. A database of results from different sources
      2. A web page with visualization (existing tool?)
      3. A web server where results can be posted in some simple format.
