Pin sysroot version of b2qt in qt5 and modify Coin to read it

      Instead of picking the HEAD from the sysroot, let's pick a verified one that's defined in qt5.git. That way, when we want to update sysroot, it has to be done via a commit to qt5 which verifies that it works.

      To achieve this, we could simply store the SHA of the proper sysroot in say /coin/dependencies/b2qt_sysroot.sha or something.
