RTA virtual machine creation into Coin

    Description

      RTA is currently running in Jenkins, and uses Vsphere for creating needed virtual machines. Coin is also using Vsphere, but will be moving into OpenNebula based solution in near future. Major impact for RTA is that Vsphere service is no longer available after transfer into OpenNebula. Solution is needed for RTA to continue without interruption, and with current time schedule moving all RTA jenkins jobs at once into Coin is not an option.
