Support new Qt 4.8 branch ( move all possible "current" Qt master results to Qt 4.8)

Rename Qt master results to be Qt 4.8.

Commands to be run on live system:

rm -rf ~/qa-metrics/cache/Qt/4.8
mv ~/qa-metrics/cache/Qt/master ~/qa-metrics/cache/Qt/4.8
sed -i "s/^master/4.8/" ~/qa-metrics/cache/Qt/saved-metrics

Disable Qt master product report for the moment until Qt modularization is supported.
