Activate MSVC2015 installation on win10 x64

      RTA win10 x64 template, t-windows10-x64-594, has expired 30 day trial version of MSVC2015 installed, update to official version needed. Blocks RTA tests for WinRT/UWP applications.

      Please also double check that the Windows installation is activated.

      Visual Studio issue is fixed now, but seems that activation for Windows is still needed:
