MSVC2017 missing from Windows 10 x64 template

      The new template "qtci-windows-10-x86_64-8" doesn't have msvc2017 installed. This template was created with 5.6 in mind and there we only have msvc2015 build targets.

      A new "qtci-windows-10-x86_64-9" is currently under work that is a clone of the old one with disk size increased and msvc2017 installed.
