As an intermediate step between having `make check' working at all, and having it working nicely for all modules (even for unstable or hanging tests), we should let `make check' run for all modules where the tests are currently asserted to work properly.

In qtqa/scripts/qt/qtmod_test.pl, there is a %MAKE_CHECK_BLACKLIST. It was originally populated with all modules. This task is completed when it is only containing those modules which have unstable, hanging or otherwise broken tests.
