Qt5 CI: run `make check' for qtbase

    Description

      `make check' needs to run for qtbase, to run all the autotests.

      This means that, in qt5, running `make -C qtbase check' must be stable and must exit with a 0 exit code. Requires turning any current failures into XFAILs, or fixing them.
