Add MinGW Squish installation to Win10 x64 and Win10 x86 machines

      We need to have Squish for MinGW also installed on Win10 x64 and x86 machines. Provisioning can be identical to the one done in win7 x86

      Branches 5.9, 5.10 and 5.11.
