Sometimes we have build failures that seem to be caused by OOM conditions. These could be prevented before they happen if agent's maximum memory usage was monitored. If agent starts using > [TBD] percents of it's RAM at some point, that should create a notification to the CI personnel to correct the RAM allocation of such agents (or fix build/test itself).
