git-lfs needed for qt-apps/neptune3-ui builds

      qt-apps/neptune3-ui project is using git-lfs to store binary assets. To clone this repository correctly, build machine needs to have git-lfs

      Same requirement is for the jenkins template 't-ubuntu1604-x64-5100'

      And in the Coin machine which is responsible for creating the source packages used in Coin builds.
