Update deployed hosts to Bionic (Ubuntu 18.04)

      The current host in use is 17.10. It doesn't seem to have a stable kernel (it has NFS bugs in it at least), it suffers from CPU stalls and odd virsh hangings. Let's try to use 18.04 LTS instead.
