Generate ResolvedProduct set from current platform configurations

    Description

      We need a way to start testing with real data set (platform configurations) for the new production repo based system.

      Implement build configuration transformation into ProductConfiguration object tree.
      Also provide a synthesized ProductConfiguration object tree for testing purposes.

      Once the product parser is functional changes related to this task can be omitted. The platform configurations will then originate from actual product configurations instead of current *.txt files.
