Create test for verifying that RTA is functionable after coin production update

Add test to coin production tests which covers also RTA usage, test should create virtual machines for Jenkins jobs (job should have at least one from each platform, preferably two, for example linux and android on linux) as requested and they should be able to connect to Jenkins as slave machines.
