Remove Ubuntu 16.04 from the CI

    Description

      Ubuntu 18.04 is introduced in the CI together with Qt 5.12. The two versions will run parallel for a while, but not forever. Ubuntu 16.04 should be removed from the CI around the same time as Qt 5.13 is released.
