Android builds - GCC for ARMv7 and Clang for ARMv8

      In Qt 5.12 Beta 1 both ARMv7 and ARMv8 are built using Clang. Customer feedback points to that we should keep GCC for ARMv7 and use Clang from ARMv8 forwards.
