Remove 'Diff All' functionality for diffs

    Description

      The prominent 'Diff All (Unified| Side by Side)' buttons are pretty useless, and actually dangerous if you have a commit that touches lots of files. Can we remove them alltogether, or at least sanity check that not more than say 4 web browser tabs will be opened?
