Investigate how to handle configurations when launching Jenkins job

Requirement:

able to launch jenkins job in customized way so that there would be way to choose which configurations to use out of the list that has been defined for the job.

Options:

• combination filter (pros: partially implemented, cons: tied to the COIN_TEMPLATE_BRANCH parameter)
• pick the configurations when launching the job (cons: manual work, need to specify easier way to define used configurations)
• something else?
