      See: QTBUG-71977 and QTBUG-71688

      Since commit 70057dfc0e53b7996acd5ef2c0f9c40aa3f66062 the minimum required build SDK for Android builds is android-24. The provision scripts should be changed to take this into account. At least macOS 10.13 the android provision script install android-21 only.
