Create shared functions for using common QtCreator features

Create place for storing (or use the qtcreator_commands.py file) functions that are used when using QtCreator most common features (such as creating new project, clicking Build/Edit/etc buttons, checking build output for errors,...). Note, only limitation is that the functions are tested on virtual machines, so features that require specific hw to be present (hw deploy tests?) might need to be excluded (to be investigated).

Keep functions up-to-date when new Creator snapshot is build, add automatic triggering to Creator preview builds if possible.

Have support for all QtCreator versions available in Preview/Qt node and production/staging server.
