Create better separation between different releases in RTA

Action point from Qt 5.12 LL meeting:

Improve RTA VM allocation to make sure correct VMs are used for testing a release. This could be done by adding branch in VM names or something similar. But we must make sure that when some release RTA asks VM it is also used for that test and it can't be stolen by some other test as it can be happen at the moment.
