We don't seem to have any test configuration that tests a big endian target. sapiippo suggested that adding a qemumips or qemuppc toolchain like the existing qemuarm64 and qemuarmv7 should be fairly straightforward.
Such a build config doesn't necessarily need to run for every build, running it just on qt5 integrations is probably sufficient.
