gerrit-admin mailing list: No delivery to certain list members

Since 21.12.18, not a single email to the gerrit-admin@qt-project.org mailing list have been delivered to at least two list members (kari.oikarinen and myself). They do, however, get delivered to ablasche. The archive has also not been updated since 21.12. The last entry in the archives (and the last email I received from the list) is a test email from sampohei.
