Webui: Redirect reschedule to the "Schedule Build" page

Having the reschedule button is extremely useful, however, sometimes it might be convenient to be able to modify some settings before scheduling the integration again.

This could be handled by initialization of the previously passed integration fields on the Schedule Build page. The required fields can be forwarded to the scheduler controller constructor.
