Loading full log file requires manual refresh of browser page

Loading a log viewer gets stuck in webui and can only be recovered by refresh.

To reproduce:

1. Open log
2. On the top of the logviewer there is a text "loading log..." and after scrolling on the bottom of the page you can see that only partial log is displayed
3. Press F5 to refresh the browser
4. Scroll down and see the full log is now available
