    Description

      As the license evaluation period has been already extended twice, and there is a consensus to continue with the TestRail tool, collaborate with CIO and ICT expert to purchase the license for the tool. Use agile purchasing (OPEX) to avoid excessive delays in formal processing for a small sum of money.
