      Plan the required communication for the Qt Jira users. Jira TestRail plugin has been piloted with test instance of Jira. 

      Draft communication message, have it reviewed internally. Keep stakeholders and concerned people informed. When ready, communicate the intentions to suitable Qt mailing lists.

      Wait for feedback and any possible blockers.

      Then implement the change as planned.
