it-ap144-hki server needs to be updated

    Description

      The current it-ap144-hki server is old. We need newer version which has more CPU and memory and the Linux distro needs to be updated. Python 3.6.x is required as well.

      The new server should be first installed in parallel to existing one. The old server can be replaced once agreed by release team.
