        • Delegate the presentation to colleagues and coach them
          • Combined presentation and demonstrations for students from three degree programmes
      • Recruitment delegation to line managers
        • Process the applications
        • Interview applicants
        • Take care of the communications to students and contact persons
      • Induction
        • Involve HR partner to ensure top quality
        • Delegate induction to selected subject matter experts
