WebAssembly support for Windows and macOS

    Description

      Currently webassembly is supported only by linux (openSUSE). We need full support for it so we need to add Windows and macOS also.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTBUG-75257 Windows wasm build fails with "The command line is too long."
